Automatic Vehicle Restraint - TPR UniLock™
The TPR UniLock™ is the only trailer-postioned vehicle restraint that can automatically remove "RIG Wedge" pressure. RIG Wedge is caused when the trailer is pushed forward during loading/unloading and the trailer's Rear Impact Guard (RIG) applies so much pressure to the restraint's hook that the truck driver must reverse the trailer in order to release the restraint. The UniLock has an advanced cam design that first rotates the hook away from the RIG to remove the pressure, and then rotates down to a stored position.
Automatic Vehicle Restraints - STOP-TITE® SERIES
Push button activation (115V/1PH) with unique dual locking restraint arm to minimize "trailer creep". Low profile, non-impact design for wall or driveway mount. Remote power pack easily allows interior mount for ease of service. Override selector switch, automatic light sequencing and available interlock terminals all designed with safety in mind. Comes with protective debris guard and powder coat finish. Meets all current NHTSA regulations.
Manual Vehicle Restraints - STOP-TITE® SERIES
Manually activated restraint with same dual locking restraint arm to minimize "trailer creep", same low profile non-impact design for wall and driveway mount and same protective debris guard and powder coat finish as the automatic version. Optional light communication version for safe dependable communication can operate light change either manually or automatically. Meets all current NHTSA regulations.
iDock™ Controls
Reliable loading dock levelers and vehicle restraints from Overhead Door can now be equipped with iDock™ Controls. These technologically advanced controls provide an efficient interface with membrane dome button technology for ease of use and an interactive message display for valuable equipment usage, instructions, notifications and other information. iDock Controls also have a 3-color light communication combined into one large LED light assembly to clearly indicate the conditions of the dock.
Once installed, connect these controls to the cloud with iDock Connect, a web-based software for loading dock analytics. Monitor dock activity online and receive text/email alerts of various events that occur at the docks.
